MY STORY
I hold a BA in Acting and Theatre, a BA in Human Behaviour, and an MA in Drama & Movement Therapy from The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama in London.
My extensive academic background is complemented by years of practical experience working with a diverse range of clients. I've had the privilege of contributing to esteemed organisations, charities, schools, and running my private clinic.
I specialise in addressing issues such as bereavement, managing stress and anxiety, and supporting individuals to thrive in various settings, including work and school. With a strong track record in facilitating groups and workshops, I’m dedicated to fostering dynamic, supportive therapeutic experiences. Whether online or face-to-face, I offer tailored therapy for individuals and groups, guiding you towards a
